Sorry for the break in the recipe but i have to post this. Today is Comic Relief and i have been glued to the RED button on the TV watching Chris Moyles & Comedy Dave doing their record breaking 52 hour radio show . Its been excellent TV & they have raised £2.4 million !!

Using a knife spread the melted chocolate on the bun

Your buns should look like this ...

Melt a bar of Dairy Milk Chocolate

Tip - If your main oven has a top oven/ grill above it , place the chocolate on a plate while you are preparing the mixture, then it will be ready at the end of the cooking time !!

Spoon the mixture evenly between 12 bun cases and put in a pre-heated oven 200 for 10 minutes

Fold in 4 heaped tablespoons of Self Raising flour

1 tablespoon & a bit of .......

Mix in 2 eggs

Cream the marg & sugar together

Tip of the day - To help cream the marg & sugar, you can place the mixing bowl inside a bowl of hot water !

4 level spoonfuls of Granulated sugar ...

2 thick slices of Stork marg....

No Electric Mixer , No digital scales just a wooden spoon and Grandads tablespoon !
